What type of warranty do you offer?


DataQDirect is not the manufacturer of the products purchased by Customer. Most products are eligible for the full manufacturer’s warranty which varies depending on the product. DataQDirect offers a limited one (1) year warranty on most products against defects in workmanship and materials if for any reason the manufacturer’s warranty is not honored by the manufacturer. In addition we offer an extended warranty program applicable to many Products we offer.


Are all of your products eligible for the manufacturer’s service contracts?


DataQDirect is not the manufacturer of the products purchased by the Customer. Most of the products purchased by Customers are eligible for the manufacturer’s service contract.


Do you offer overnight shipping?


DataQDirect provides overnight shipping. Please take notice of the shipping lead times for each product in order to ensure proper delivery expectations.


Do you offer blind shipping?


DataQDirect will ship any order with blind packaging. To utilize this option, select the “Blind Ship” checkbox on the the Checkout page and your order will be sent as a blind shipment.


Can I use my own freight account to ship my order?


DataQDirect has the ability to use their customer’s freight account to ship orders via UPS or FedEx. To use your own account, select “Use My Shipper Account” at checkout, enter the required information and DataQDirect will apply this information to your order.

Do you provide formal quotes? To create a formal quote please follow the steps below:


    1. Login to your account
    2. Select the product you would like quoted and “xxxxxxxxxx”
    3. Name your proposal and e-mail it to the intended recipient

What if I cannot find the product or Quantity I need on your website?


While our website carries over 300,000 Manufacture SKU’s, it does not always showcase our full product acquisition capabilities. If for any reason you cannot find the Product or Quantity amount needed please contact one of our Certified Sales Executives and they will be more than happy to assist you. How are your prices so low?


DataQDirect specializes in bringing genuine information processing, data storage, data networking, and IP telephony products to the market at a fraction of the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) price. DataQDirect utilizes its extensive global supply chain to maintain a wide inventory of the latest server, storage, networking, telephony, and other popular IT products.


Is the inventory on DataQDirect.com real-time?


Inventory is not real time and is updated on a daily basis. On extremely rare occasions, we may run out of particular products throughout the day which could affect order fulfillment in which case DataQDirect will void the authorization on your credit card and inform you immediately in order to avoid any delays to your project.
